Biography

I moved to London in 2016 to study Neuroscience at UCL and graduated with an MSci degree in 2020. During my master’s project, I worked on a genetic therapy for C9orf72-related FTD/ALS and worked in the same lab as a Research Assistant for 2 more years before starting my PhD. Since joining the MRC-DTP PhD programme, I have taken part in various outreach events such as volunteering at New Scientist Live and STEM day at an all-girl school to promote diversity in academia
